Lodestar Grooming Aurora Cream Pomade is a super versatile unorthodox water based pomade. Aurora scoops out effortlessly and gives your hair a firm hold with a natural to low shine. Use it for styling anything from textured looks to slick backs. Apply a small amount to add volume and texture, or more to shape and hold. Aurora rinses out mostly with warm water and washes out completely with shampoo. It is also vegan friendly with zero animal-derived ingredients.

Harmony: A rich, intoxicating aroma with notes of lemon, pink pepper, neroli, rum, tobacco leaf and vanilla bean.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday on the same working day. Any orders placed after 4pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. No orders will be dispatched on bank holidays.

Really pleased with this product! It does exactly as it says. Finally a product that is easy to use, reliable, and smells good!
Easy scoop and breakdown in palm, though it gets sticky (as expected) if you leave it a bit long in the hand.
The hold is amazing. I have super thick wavy/curly hair and this product gives me good control where no other product has. And it lasts all day where usually my hair flops down with other products.
I've tried on damp and dry hair. I prefer using in damp hair because the waxes come out more for all day moulding and gives a looser look with low shine. In comparison, on dry hair, there's a bit too much tug and pull with my thick hair and then the volume is crazy (I guess a positive if you like this). It also has more of a matte/natural look on dry hair.
Regarding shine, it's pretty natural looking, even on day two. It is my first time using cream pomade, so I was a bit worried about the shine even though it's advertised as natural to low shine. However, it's just right for me and an accurate product description.
The smell (harmony) is as good as everyone says. It's kind of a light coconut/vanilla scent and this lasts all day unlike other products that can go a bit musky.
Excellent value for the quality of the product. Definitely worth the purchase!
